Every Lokai bracelet comes with a one-time replacement warranty.

If your bracelet was purchased from Lokai.com, please email our customer service team with your order number, which bracelet and size broke, and your shipping address at hello@mylokai.com.

If your bracelet was purchased from an authorized retailer or received as a gift, please email our customer service team with a picture of your broken bracelet, which bracelet and size broke, and your shipping address at hello@mylokai.com.
