How can I exchange my Lokai product for a different size?
In order to facilitate your exchange, your Lokai must have the original hang tag attached and must not be worn. All Water Bottles and Water Bottle Caps are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Lokai returned without the original tag or a damaged tag will not be processed for a size exchange. Your Lokai cannot be exchanged for a different product or color.
Please print and fill out the Customer Service Form and include it in your package back to us. If this form is not included in the package, we will not be able to issue your exchange.
Your Lokai package must be postmarked by the 30th day. Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. Once we receive your package, we will ship you out a new Lokai and provide you with a tracking number. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account.
