How can I exchange my Lokai bracelet for a different size?

For Lokai bracelets that came with a carded back or a hang tag, the product must still be attached to the carded back or hang tag, and must not be worn in order for the exchange to be processed. All Water Bottles and Water Bottle Caps are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Lokai bracelets returned without the original packaging or damaged packaging will not be processed for a size exchange. Your Lokai cannot be exchanged for a different product or color.

Please print and fill out the Customer Service Form and include it in your package back to us. If this form is not included in the package, we will not be able to issue your exchange.

Your Lokai package must be postmarked by the 60th day. Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend purchasing tracking as we will honor the exchange if provided tracking information.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. Once we receive your package, we will ship you out a new Lokai and provide you with a tracking number. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account.
