What if I received my Lokai as a gift?
If you have received a Lokai as a gift from our website and are looking for an exchange or need a replacement, we would just need the purchaser's order number to begin the process.
If you do not have this information we're happy to help! You can email us the gift givers full name or email address to search for the order information. We do need to locate the order in our system before proceeding.
If the Lokai was purchased at a retail location, please contact the original seller and they will be able to assist.
