What are the Lokai 2.0 products made from?

The recycled plastic is made from materials sourced from landfills and ocean plastic melted down to fiber and braided into a strong cord. The metal components are made of recycled zinc, brass, stainless steel.

Just like our silicone bracelets, the white bead is infused with water from Mt. Everest and the black bead carries mud from the Dead Sea. Even the pouches, care cards, and shipping boxes are made from recycled materials!

Care Instructions

We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, saltwater, and silver polish. Use caution when layering pieces as this may cause scratches and/ or discoloration. Any tonal and/or textural variances are natural characteristics of the materials used. We recommend you treat this item with care, as normal wear will likely occur.

Cleaning Your Jewelry

Clean your plated jewelry using a damp, soft cloth. Make sure to fully dry the piece before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish. Please remember that as this is not fine jewelry, we highly recommend that you follow these instructions carefully.

Storing Your Jewelry

To protect your jewelry, pieces should be individually placed in the pouch or within a soft lined box to stop them being scratched or tangled. Jewelry should be stored away from natural sunlight and heat Ideally store your jewelry in a dark, cool and dry place, and try to keep pieces apart, so that they don't rub together or tangle up.

With time, your product will naturally age and take on a more vintage look.

What should I do if my Lokai bracelet breaks?

Every Lokai bracelet comes with a one-time replacement warranty. If your Lokai breaks and it was purchased from Lokai.com or an authorized retailer, please contact us with your order number, a picture of your broken bracelet, and your shipping address. We will respond to your message as soon as possible.

How do I clean my Water Bottle?

Hand-wash only. Wash thoroughly before first use and after each use. Wash each piece separately.  

 

WARNING: Do not use with carbonated beverages. Do not use with boiling liquids. Do not microwave or freeze

 

Can I customize the Black & White Lokai sizes?

The Black & White Lokai are sold in a pair, so only one size can be chosen for both bracelets.

How does the Black & White and Metallic Lokai work? How do you donate?

Once you purchase your Black & White Lokai, scratch off the silver portion of the tag to find your unique code. You can then head to Lokai.com/mycause to enter the code and choose your charity. Lokai will donate $2 to the charity you choose from the list on the website. These causes were the ones most requested by the Lokai Circle! 

 

How can I guarantee my Lokai bracelet is authentic?

We can only guarantee the authenticity of your Lokai if you purchased it from lokai.com or an authorized Lokai retailer (see store locator). Bracelets that may resemble Lokai bracelets but are purchased from third-party websites or non-authorized retailers are purchased at your own risk and are not guaranteed to be authentic.

Authentic Lokai bracelets have diametrically opposed white and black beads marked with the Lokai teardrop logo.

What should I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted.

If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.

When will my order ship?

Following your purchase, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. It should take approximately 72 business hours for the tracking number to be available and activated.

If your package still cannot be found after 72 business hours of being shipped, please contact our Customer Support team with your full name and order number. We will get everything worked out right away.

UPS expedited orders and DHL standard orders placed after 12:00pm ET will ship the following business day. UPS expedited orders do not have weekend delivery.

If your order is back ordered, it may take longer to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer standard international shipping and expedited shipping options. We unfortunately cannot ship to Russia, China, Hong Kong, Myanmar (Burma), or Guatemala at this time.

What are the standard shipping costs?

All prices are listed in USD.

Domestic (US)

Standard US shipping costs $5.00. All domestic orders over $50 qualify for free shipping!

International

Standard international shipping costs $10.00. The following countries will have their duty and tax fees calculated at checkout. This will be in addition to the $10.00 shipping fee.

How can I exchange my Lokai bracelet for a different size?

For Lokai bracelets that came with a carded back or a hang tag, the product must still be attached to the carded back or hang tag, and must not be worn in order for the exchange to be processed. All Water Bottles and Water Bottle Caps are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Lokai bracelets returned without the original packaging or damaged packaging will not be processed for a size exchange. Your Lokai cannot be exchanged for a different product or color.

Please print and fill out the Customer Service Form and include it in your package back to us. If this form is not included in the package, we will not be able to issue your exchange.

Your Lokai package must be postmarked by the 60th day. Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend purchasing tracking as we will honor the exchange if provided tracking information.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. Once we receive your package, we will ship you out a new Lokai and provide you with a tracking number. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account.

How do I make a return?

Please visit https://lokai.com/returns to begin your return.

All Cause Collection Lokai, Game Day Lokai, Featured Collection Lokai, Water Bottles, Water Bottle Caps, Stack Packs, Last Call products, and Limited-Edition Pacts cannot be returned for a refund. Lokai bracelets returned worn, or not attached to the carded back or hang tag will not be processed for a refund.

If your return package arrives at Lokai within the 60 day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Lokai.

Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The shipping cost will be deducted from your total original refund amount.

If I purchased my Lokai product from a retailer, can I exchange or return it on lokai.com?

If you purchased your Lokai product from a local retailer, please contact the original seller. We are only able to accept exchanges and returns for those customers who purchased directly from lokai.com.
